The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
SP had multiple issues preventing him from meeting the terms of his contracted obligation. Contracted for p/u in April, by May 20, he was on second reschedule which he failed to meet. SP cited personal issues preventing him from maintaining continuity of communications as well as being dependable. Forced to go outside uShip to meet our obligations. Failed contract cost us several thousand dollars in renegotiations due to SP responsibility breakdown.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved. At our first meeting, 2 hours over coffee, we deiscussed the personal situation at home with a family members health and that he could pass at any time. They are unable to reschedule for a later date. They have been very understanding but could not wait for the shippment. View Listing

I was unable to arrive at the time and date set due to a death in the family. Mr. Heller was very understanding and the deposit that was sent to me was returned to him on Mon. May, 19th.. Mr. Heller is an understanding and fair person to deal with.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Terry does not appear to be proffesional or honest. He was to call me for details on the shipment, but he failed to do so. He seems to be all over the country and I would rather not deal with him. I am requesting a refund. Thank you Nicolae Wax

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer. After placing 3 bids and waiting for the customer to accept, he finaly accepted last night and we spoke on the phone. This morning he cancelled with the excuse that I am all over the country. Being across the country is part of the job. He wants his stuff moved cross country. I feel that he has found another provider for a cheaper price and will not return my emails. I do not feel that he should be able to get out of this con

Terry was a good service provider to work with. Simply stated, he did what he said he was going to do and he did it at the right price. He has a nice rig and trailer and my boat was well cared for. He always returned my calls promptly and kept me informed on his location. I will use Terry again without question.

Terry does not know how to tell the truth He has lied every time spoken to I would not use this shipper if he was the las possible option. Terry took my money did not ship after two weeks after promised, now I am hving a problem getting my money back.

DON BAKKER, called me 2 days before pickup was supposed to happen and asked why it had not been picked up and wanted a refund, After a heated conversation, he calmed down. I headed to pick up the shippment and he stated agqain he wanted a refund and I was half way to pick it up. I sent an email to see if he wanted me to continue and he didn't respond. I told him he would have his deposit this comming Mon and said he was comming after me. Not a pleasent person at all. I do have documentation.

Working with Terry DelFrate has been very pleasant. Our trailer arrived when expected (with continuous cell phone updates as to his progress)and he even washed it before delivering it. Our boat comes next week and then our two cars.
Working with Terry was a great expereince and I would and will be using him again

What a nice shipper! He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with and got the boat there on time despite my office not communicating with him correctly when I couldn't as my daughter was on the set in Hollywood. Definately a superman of all shippers!
