The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled.
paid him $300.00 cash on 4/14/08 never picked up car never called us. he's a liar and a thief according to steve and brother in law terry had an accident and he would pickup our cars. I will persue this matter with Reno Police Department. What he wrote is a pack of lies. No One ever cancelled this agreement. He demanded 300.00 up front to go back north because he had no gas money to return home.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I was very disappointed in the communication and problems that arose. I have already paid half of the shipping and I continue to get unanswerred phone calls and e-mails. I have saved all correspondence with shipper, both mine to him, and his to me. I simply cannot wait any longer for his reasons why this transaction was not completed. I feel badly, as there was a death in the family, which I respectfully stopped communication, but after 10 days, and more excuses, I am tired!

Terry Delfrate is both a liar & thief. I had contracted with him on 4/28/08 to have my car picked up.I have been very patient thru one B.S excuse after the next. Now he does not even have the courtesy to return either email or phone messages. He even had the audacity to claim his father passed away - delaying shipment until after the funeral. Audacity in that he had used this excuse several months before w/ another customer(per customer feedback).
Mail Fraud - Don't be FOOLED by him!

Response from tdelfrate: First of all, my father did pass away several months ago and now my STEP-Father has passed away. If ANYONE wants to disput this, I can provide proof at any time. If I did not return calls it is because I had no signal and I do return Email regularly and keep all (incomming/outgoing) emails as a record for situtations llike this.

Aside from communication issues which were entirely unecessary, the shipper finally did what he said he was going to do. I would recommend him, I would however suggest you are very clear about the need for good ongoing communication.

TERRY DELFRATE IS A LIAR AND A THIEF. HE HAS STOLEN MY DEPOSIT AND REFUSES TO RETURN IT. To my dissapointment, Terry had family issues that prevented him from picking up my truck the first time, scheduled for 5/14. On the 13th, after not responding to days of phone calls, he finally called and explained the situation. I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
The seller of the item i needed shipped never contacted me with all the info i needed in order to pick up this item. I gave plenty of time to have this resolved before I wanted a refund from USHIP, I have already let the shipper know what was going on about a month ago, therefore, I need a refund for the deposit I made to USHIP for this shipment that never happened. Please let me know everything is ok and there is no problems, thank you very much.

Terry did not show up for 3 seperate pick up dates. He has not contacted me since telling me he was picking up my motorcycle on 5/24. Originally he had a family emergency, however the last two times he just didnt show or call. He should not bid on shipments he cant provide, ended up costing me a sale and alot of cash. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE USE HIM. I am following up because of my financial loss and his failure to honor contract.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Submitting the cancellation again because I believe the other one did not go through. This transaction qualifies for many reasons on the list, you can only chose one so I will list them here. The TSP did not show up when scheduled, I am not comfortable with the TSP due to many lies told by the TSP to me on the phone and in emails, the TSP misrepresented himself, his business, and his services. The first cancellation was submitted on Sunday May 25th. Need to resolve fast so I can re-list bike.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have tried endlessly since awarding him the bid to communicate with Terry via emails,i have called him on both phones endlessly only to hear a recording that his mail is full and try again later,and not 1 returned.I do not conduct business this way.I was contacted by a third party,this person said he was representing Terry and any further dealings would be with him because Terry has an emergency.This is not acceptable to me in any way and i demand a cancellation immediatly,and a full refund!

Response from tdelfrate: A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved. After speaking with David, on the phone and in emails, he understodd that there are times I do not have phone signal and we agreed to the shippment to continue. He said he could not get the cancellation off and I would no continue with the shipment until the cancellation was taken care of first.
