The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
There were several business issues that Terry was dealing with and scheduling became a question. We have to be in South Carolina by next week. There was some concern that Terry would not be able to accommodate. As our deadline approached we decided that it was best to cancel our arrangement with Terry.
Throughout this process Terry was very accommodating and communicated with my regularly. I do feel badly that we have to cancel...we just had to do what was best for us.

Lies, lies lies. I used Terry twice before with great success. This time he played the sorry story on me and I fell for it. I thought I could trust him because I had used him before, but he stole my money. The previous feedbacks that have been left are all true. If any of you are able to track him down, please let me know so we can sue him together. I know it will cost me more than the $500 that I'm out, but it's the principal of the thing. Terry, if you read this, you can still it right.

tdelfrate picked up my Jeep in December. I paid him the deposit to deliver my car. I still have not recieved my jeep. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. I am reporting the vehicle stolen. I have to agree with all the other folks who left feedback questioning his ethics and suggesting he may be taking advantage of people.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Sir I have made this shipping agreement on the 14th of may and up until the the 23 third was in contact with me. I have already paid him half the shipping price of $636.61 and the booking price $126.60 and sent $2,160.00 dollars for him to pay for storage for the car I bought. He gave me his word the car would be collected on the 23 or 24 of may.I have not had any contact since. I called all numbers and emailed 20 times a day. I need to cancel this now. I have already found a shipper. HELP

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Its been over a month since I accepted the bid on 5/16/08 and Mr. DelFrate has yet to pick up the bike. Ive been patient and tried to work things out with this shipper, but the bike is currently at a place of business. If the bike is not moved soon they are going to have it towed from their property. I sent Mr. DelFrate an email 6/29/08 stating that if I did not hear from him that I would find someone else to ship the bike.

Terry was supposed to pick up my boat May 21, after numerous attempts to contact by phone he finally answered a email and told me he had a death in the family was waiting on his birth certificate and would be able to leave sometime after the first week in June to pick up my boat in Shepard MT, I have paid Terry and uship in full and he will not return any emails for the last week and a half, do not use him right now I am out 1100 dollars, he will take your money and run. TSP has failed to schedule shipment. After 2 weeks of non-communication, I am forced to leave negative feed back. I sent 500.00 deposit via western union. I have left several messages asking Terry to finish the move for me or return my deposit. Not a word from him. I will follow through with criminal complaints. He defrauded me out of my money. I hope you are caught Mr. Delfrate.

Service Provider was unable to reach customer after a reasonable period of time.
It is true that I was unable to respond to the shipper the last couple of days. I was working in a remote location without cell-phone communictions. I reviewed the email today about the cancellation request by the shipper and have tried to contact him to resolve the issues. His cell phone is full of messages and so I have tried to page him as of 8:30am PST 5-29-08. I believe we can work this out once we communicate to each other.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
This unit was scheduled to be picked up April 30th and delivered May 3rd. It is now June 25th and it still has not been picked up. The service provider has claimed to have several issues during this time from a broken down trailer, impounded trailer, family death, CDL expiration and issues getting birth certificate to DOT and IRS audits. 2 months is sufficient time for pick up. I need to get this vehicle picked up and delivered.
