Terry was a good service provider to work with. Simply stated, he did what he said he was going to do and he did it at the right price. He has a nice rig and trailer and my boat was well cared for. He always returned my calls promptly and kept me informed on his location. I will use Terry again without question.

Terry does not know how to tell the truth He has lied every time spoken to I would not use this shipper if he was the las possible option. Terry took my money did not ship after two weeks after promised, now I am hving a problem getting my money back.

Response from tdelfrate: DON BAKKER, called me 2 days before pickup was supposed to happen and asked why it had not been picked up and wanted a refund, After a heated conversation, he calmed down. I headed to pick up the shippment and he stated agqain he wanted a refund and I was half way to pick it up. I sent an email to see if he wanted me to continue and he didn't respond. I told him he would have his deposit this comming Mon and said he was comming after me. Not a pleasent person at all. I do have documentation.

Working with Terry DelFrate has been very pleasant. Our trailer arrived when expected (with continuous cell phone updates as to his progress)and he even washed it before delivering it. Our boat comes next week and then our two cars.
Working with Terry was a great expereince and I would and will be using him again

What a nice shipper! He was very courteous and pleasant to deal with and got the boat there on time despite my office not communicating with him correctly when I couldn't as my daughter was on the set in Hollywood. Definately a superman of all shippers!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Terry said he had $100,000 insurance on shipments. Faxed me his insurance info. Called the insurance company and they told me his policy expired last year. Gave Terry a week to get his policy renewed, and haven't heard contact back from him for over 2 days. Was a nice guy to deal with, and hope he gets his insurance renewed, but need to move on to another provider.

Response from tdelfrate: There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved. After the customer stated he was going to pay 1/2 down for shipping and I was on my way to the next stop to pick up the deposit, customer called and left a message that my insurance had been cancled and that he had to cancel the deposit. I told him I was on my way home to contact the insurance company. Fri. I sent them what they needed and they told me it would be at least Mon. before everything way straightned out.

picked up my truck and took well over a month to deliver. i thought it was stolen. poor communication. talked to guys on uship forum which helped me out. no DOT.

Response from tdelfrate: I had left a positive feedback until he decided to leave a Negative feedback stating he thought his truck was stolen. First of all, it wasn't even his truck, second of all, I kept in contact with him and he knew EXACTLY where the the truck was and the family situation I had going on. He waited over a month to leave this negative feedback. I thought he was an understanding person by the way we talked on the phone even after the delivery. I guess I was wrong.
