After using this site for over some time I thought it was time to update my profile for all my past and for future customers. For those reading my profile I appreciate your interest in my service and look forward to earning your business. I've been in the transportation business for well over 15 years from delivering to a business or personal residence. Have spent many years delivering products for two major corporations to both home and business while logging on many miles on the road. Safety is one of my main concerns as well as care and handling of anything from a pet to anything else I would be transporting, I bring this up because there are many safety awards I have received for driving for these companies. I take great pride in what I do and to provide for my family and help others is a great feeling that can't be put down in words. We are a very small family owned business and will keep it that way to insure the personal care of items we transport for anyone. Thank you.

All the rabbits looked awesome, if you need animals transported pick them! With out Orlando and his team I would not have gotten my bunnies!

My puppy arrived on schedule. He was clean and happy. There was a good line of comunication. Several updates letting me know how my puppy was doing and where they were...I will use them again and would recomend them to anyone! Everything from first bid, to payment, then delivery I feel went smooth. I want to Thank all of the staff for a job well done.

Kitten was picked up at 10:00 at night on a Tuesday- 8 hours late from scheduled time. Contract stated kitten would arrive within 2 days of pickup.(Thursday) Kitten wasn't delivered until Friday around 5PM.- No account or reason given for extra day. New owner said kitten arrived in dirty crate from overflowing feces in litter. only communication was when I initiated it. suggested Orlando refund part of fee...two weeks later, no results. I would never use this service again with a live animal

Total lie, driver was in contact with folks getting the kitten and I even spoke to them on Thursday and they were fine with being a half day late and were not upset at all. They were pretty understanding and understood, you however demanded 100.00 refund on Thursday before kitten arrived because we were 2 and half days instead of 2. All I can say is that it is summer and there are alot of delays out there. I'm glad the kitten arrived cleaned and safe with no issues like you claim.

Good timely service.Although,I didn't receive any updates after my dog was picked up,the driver did contact the buyer and all went well.I will use this shipper again.My dog arrived in good condition and the crate was clean.

I feel to solve the cancellation by people like this they should not receive a refund and we should get compensated some how. And to top it off this was a bid request!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper lied when he stated that he had a four day window between the pick up and delivery date. He left me stranded. He stated two separate dates for pick up and didn't follow through.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped The lady changed her mind about selling me the dog after Jeff asked for an address to pick her up, we both suspected owner may have been running a puppymill. Jeff was great and very very understandable, great to talk to as well! I hope to use your services again and this time I'll buy from someone who doesn't have a few screws loose. :) Your crazy if you use anyone else but these guys!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment They cancelled their appointment... doesnt seem like a profesional business because all of a sudden when i have to pay their credit card machine is down forcing me to pay extra to wire money...do no offer to remburse for there issuses and insist they receive payment immediately... did not return calls like they said they would... would not recommend them.

Very sorry this happened and did talk to you and apologized with your refund back in your hands. Once again sorry this had to happen and you did receive your refund back as promised and you stated you did find other means of transportation. I don't know how else to apologize and yes that driver will no longer work with me. Besides your delivery and the one before this I had six others that I had to cancel that are regular customers because of this driver which does not help me either.

We spoke on the phone and like my bid which stated that I could pick up between 9-20 and 9-23 you agreed and said it was fine because she was not fully paid for on Sunday the 13th at 6:00 p.m. You called and left me a message the next day at 7:00 a.m. and stated that there has been a change in plans and you have to get her out of there sooner and said you had to cancel your acceptance of my bid.
