I did receive my item, and it was in excellent condition. The men who shipped the item were very helpful and kind. But, all this doesn't make up for the fact that I was lied to by K & N. Pick up was for Friday and deliver Sunday PM. When they never showed, I called and she said that we had agreed to pick up on Sat., and deliver Mon. That just wasn't true. Than it took over a week to deliver. Communication was poor, I had to call them to get any updates, I was not kept well informed.

The item was picked up when you were told that it would be. We then ran into our truck breaking down and we had no control over how long it took to get it fixed. never the less you were informed when they were delivering and we notified you every time I said we would. Yes you did call us and we informed you with what we knew. But at the same time we didnt call you every 30 min. we called you the day that the driver left when they were half way there and when they were about 45 min to and hour ou
