The shipment was packed and delivered without any damage to anything. The only problem was that the mover did not communicate as he said he would. Without warning he arrived earlier than he said to pick up and then delivered later than he planned. It would have been fine either way if he had only called and let us know - as we had to schedule people to help with loading (who ended up not being able to help) and work around a lot of other people's work schedules to be ready for the delivery.

One hour early, two hours later than predicted. I apologized for not having ESP and knowing my truck would blow a tire and I would have to spend two to three hours at a tire shop. Without the tire, I couldn't drive truck. If it was such a big deal, why tell me everything was fine. Most people welcome being early. Hard to predict 'exact times' in shipping...I aint Fedex...

I couldn't have been more happy with this shipper. He was very easy to deal with, on time, hard working and made the unpleasant task of moving my mother in law's belongings to Texas almost enjoyable. I highly recommend that you use Todd's services if you have the opportunity.

Driver was over 24 hours late and the kennel crate was packed so we were unable to get it out. Within 6 days (I was trying to pay with an old paypal account) I started receiving threatening and rude messages. I would not recommend him for anyone who actually needs a shipment by a due date or is sensitive to threatening emails.

Never threatened you at all. I simply stated that I would escercise my legal right to recover the amount we agreed upon which you had made no "apparent" attempt to pay. Your the type of customer that forces people in this business to demand cod, due to nonpayments as promised. Believe me, i have more business than i can handle and do not need to count on yours to survive. LOL.
