Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time.
We have scheduled this pick up for Monday. Our drivers initial shipment heading to this shipment cancelled but we found another load heading to this item.

I called these people over 30 times and eamiled them over 30 times and they NEVER returned a single call. I only asked for an update call and they refused to call. I drove 220 miles to meet the "MONDAY" truck and it never showed up. I asked repeatedly for a 30 second phone call and it they never did call any of the numbers I left.
