we are a family run courier and removal businees.we operate around and whole of the uk.dougie has 20yrs experiance in the removal business in transporting goods around the uk.we are fully insured with goods intransit insurance.we do multi drops therfore all our runs are done by schedule.pls note that this is a one man to a van.if you have read our feed backs pls read positives.as for the negs we have received,we only have limited number of words we are allowed to reply to.these have been given through very exceptional cases and customer service is always at the fore front.we are open to any question,quieries you may have.regards.dougie

got my shipment, but would have liked a bit more notice of delivery date, as only told it would be coming the night before. Also rang to say the legs that go under the base where left on the van, and have still had no reply, have managed without them, but would still like them for best support.

hi.just received youre feedback.sorry dont recall any call from you regarding legs for bed,have checked van and have found no legs.maybe you should check with pick up that legs went on as i have no recollection of legs going on van.regards dougie

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it went to collect item. dangerous load. there was protruding metal which could damage the van and other goods in the van. weight was excessive .was told that it was a meter square and it was 35 kilos. it was more then 35 kilos and more then a meter square.would say it was 60 to 70 kilos.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved hi i reject this cancellation as we have not actually determin4ted time of collection...in fact this item is scheduled to be picked up on sun the 1st of april when in fact in the job description has stated pick up after the 3rd of april and delivery between 3rd of april and 15th april. we are actually putting our vehicles in for repairs and mot on the week commencing 2 nd april and starting up collection and delivery from week commencing 9 th april. all within the customer's time frame .

I had to make this cancellation as the courier agreed to collect the week 3rd April then emailed that they would not be doing it until week commencing 9th April . The collection address needed the chairs collecting urgently so unfortunately I had no option other than to cancel. Day I cancelled courier sent message they could collect on 1st ( although they never informed me of this through txt email etc , so very sceptical this was true. I had to make alternative arrangements (no choice)

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment i have had a few problems with my vehicle and have a backlog of items to collect and deliver. i dont want to give false respresentation to customer to say am collecting and not able to do say.the job here are sofas ...originally i was able to carry out but with the backlog of items am not able to do so.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved hi, on the 21st of march ...i had sent an email with confirmation that item is to be picked up on the 27th of march.the customer was not happy with that stating that the seller was the item out as soon as possible. we explained that we could speak to the seller but cutomer did not give us contact details for the seller.customer has emailed after courier spoke that he will try to get it earlier but we have a rota to follow. o am now quite uncomfortable with this customer ...as i have actually b

Made excuse for not contacting me that internet not working but didn't respond to texts either and he also had my phone number . Have lost any confidence in this trnsport company and certainly do not want to entrust them with my £400 outboard motor . thank you

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THIS PROVIDER ,THEY ARE SAYING I RECIEVED AN EMAIL STATING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOUT PAYING THEM ONCE ITEM WAS PICKED UP, BUT I NEVER RECIEVED IT , I CERTAINLY AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR AN ITEM UNTIL I SEE IT. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I emailed courier about this job. Today I got this message from uShip - hi, we really apologise for any inconvenience caused...originally we were cpapble for carrying out this job but we have recently had an unexpected bereavement hence are not in the right frmae of mind and situation to be able to carry out the job at this point in time. I know bereavements can be very upsetting but this courier didn't take time to notify me. This is the 2nd time within weeks that a courier has let me down.
