After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider told item woud be collected within 3 weeks , still not collected after 4.
Made excuse for not contacting me that internet not working but didn't respond to texts either and he also had my phone number .
Have lost any confidence in this trnsport company and certainly do not want to entrust them with my £400 outboard motor .

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THIS PROVIDER ,THEY ARE SAYING I RECIEVED AN EMAIL STATING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOUT PAYING THEM ONCE ITEM WAS PICKED UP, BUT I NEVER RECIEVED IT , I CERTAINLY AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR AN ITEM UNTIL I SEE IT. YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS SAID PAY ON COLLECTION / DELIVERY WHICH I THOUGHT MEANT PAYMENT TO THE DRIVER ,THAT IS WHY I CHOSE THEM .IT IS THER LOSS NOT MINE IF THE WANT TO CANCEL .

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I emailed courier about this job. Today I got this message from uShip -
hi, we really apologise for any inconvenience caused...originally we were cpapble for carrying out this job but we have recently had an unexpected bereavement hence are not in the right frmae of mind and situation to be able to carry out the job at this point in time.
I know bereavements can be very upsetting but this courier didn't take time to notify me. This is the 2nd time within weeks that a courier has let me down.
