we are a family run courier and removal businees.we operate around and whole of the uk.dougie has 20yrs experiance in the removal business in transporting goods around the uk.we are fully insured with goods intransit insurance.we do multi drops therfore all our runs are done by schedule.pls note that this is a one man to a van.if you have read our feed backs pls read positives.as for the negs we have received,we only have limited number of words we are allowed to reply to.these have been given through very exceptional cases and customer service is always at the fore front.we are open to any question,quieries you may have.regards.dougie

I was very disappointed in the length of time for my item to be uplifted from the supplier and delivered to me. However, I understand that there were factors whereby the courier had problems with his vehicle. I do feel however that I should have been made aware of this straight away and given the opportunity to find another courier

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The Service Provider - Town & Country Couriers - have on 21.03.2012 been given FULL details of the collection: Nigel Godber-Ford 25 Farthing Road Bridgwater Somerset TA6 6YE Phone: 07853103428 They claim to have been unable to contact Mr. Godber-Ford. I have asked him to contact them, and make arrangements for the collection. I see no justification for cancelling.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Bid accepted 15/03/12. Collection details supplied 16/03/12. Note - couriers written policy 'collection within 5 days of acceptance of bid'. Numerous agreed then broken collection dates by courier. Total lack of proactive communication throughout. Eventual unsuitable date 27/03/12 "13 DAYS AFTER BID ACCEPTANCE". This company is enept, will mess you around and doesnt know the meaning of customer service. 'Quick to bid but fails on every level'. All correspondence from me was in e.mail format.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I and the person who he should be collection from have been calling him and text him, but since he promised to pick on several occasions and now his van his broken down and does not communicated. Wish to cancel the courier service
