we are a family run courier and removal businees.we operate around and whole of the uk.dougie has 20yrs experiance in the removal business in transporting goods around the uk.we are fully insured with goods intransit insurance.we do multi drops therfore all our runs are done by schedule.pls note that this is a one man to a van.if you have read our feed backs pls read positives.as for the negs we have received,we only have limited number of words we are allowed to reply to.these have been given through very exceptional cases and customer service is always at the fore front.we are open to any question,quieries you may have.regards.dougie

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The collection was arranged for any time after 6pm. The courier arrived earlier than agreed time and customer was out. The courier was provided with a contact number for the customer at collection point but took it upon themselves to turn up early without re-arranging. Very unprofessional company that fail to answer telephone calls and make false promises about returning later to collect items, then fail to show up. I would like a full refund.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I accepted this bid on 21st March. They did not contact me directly once, i did all the chasing and was just fobbed off. The driver was away- would collect 30 March- the vehicle as involved in an accident-would collect 6/7April.Today 17 days later i received a cancellation request, saying that they could not get hold of the vendor. This is absolute rubbish and actually insulting to the vendor who has been very patient waiting for this item to be collected and has not been contacted once.

we actually cancelled this first off before the customer did. i wish people would actually read the rems and conditions ...as delivery within 21days... the 5 day /3 days is by uship and we cant seemto put that in...but our terms and conditions are quite clear

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am sorry to have to cancel this job as the quote was a very good one but I needed the chairs to be collected sooner than I expected and the this courier has informed me that they are unable to collect on the date I want. I have no other issue with this courier other than timesacales for collection.
