Tom is very professional! He took very good care of my Friesian stallion and he get here save and sound for travelling over 2000 miles! Tom is also great at communication. I was able to talk to him daily on teh phone after he picked up my horse. Will definitely use his service again!

I was not pleased with the communication, (or lack thereof) from Tom. Tom did not meet any of his appointments & he failed to deliver on time. He bid the job as a “full service mover “(mover packs/wraps, mover loads)” but expected help on both ends. He delivered furniture in a horse trailer complete with a horse, manure, and sawdust. The church pews he delivered were damaged in transit. I feel he may be good a moving animals, but until things change, he should leave freight to someone else.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Hauler has been NOT shown up at the agreed date and time. One week later, my mare has still not been picked up, despite being told day after day that Tom is "very close". Tom has been close to impossible to speak to from day one, and Lisa has often been unaware of his whereabouts. After demanding full payment in advance (rather than the 50% on pick-up and 50% on delivery orginally agreed upon), Tom has not collected my horse.They seem to have complete disregard for my time and money.

Our first time using a horse transporter and i was extremely nervous. It didnt help when the first transporter i hired baled out on me. Tamoody agreed to pick up my horse right away. They called and checked in with me letting me know where they were at and how the horse was doing. Horse arrived in great condition. Susan and Seth did a wonderful job! Thank you so much!.
Absolutely satisfied !! Highly recommended.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
We rushed to get the paperwork done for a sunday pick-up following the booking on this site but the provider picked up a larger horse then expected prior to my pick up and decided he didn't have room. It's been 3 weeks now and they haven't been able to fit him in any other route and now it's been a week since they contacted us. His health cert expires in a week. Total waste of time waiting.

Horse arrived in good condition. Trip took longer that first anticipated. Driver could have saved himself a couple of hours on mountain roads if he had communicated with person at pickup point in a timely fashion. People at pickup had to wait around or make arrangements all weekend as pickup was scheduled for Saturday, then Sunday and finally driver arrived Monday morning.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The Service Provider did not show up upon agreed date and time , after asking and asking and asking : "Is valentino ready? " and he establising new delivery dates that were accepted by us. I don't trust this guys anymore for transportig my horse.

Response from tamoody: This horse was advertised as "ready to travel",but this was not true.We spoke with the buyer when we could not reach the seller over a 3 day period.Upon arriving at Ada OK to pickup this horse,we were told she was not ready to travel.We attempted to perform this transport several times over the next 2 weeks.When we were located out of the OK/TN areas & could not move this horse,it was finally ready & we got calls daily to do this transport.There is a language barrier that added to this confusion
