The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper reneged on the shipping date. The main reason I chose to go with her was the shipping date(actually there was a week of delivery we agreed on). There were several other bids that I let go by because of this. Then she tells me she cannot deliver that week because she has no other transport into the area. As if that is my problem. She seems like a nice person. I would stay away from her though. She doesn't stand behind her word.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The truck of the shipper broke down and she did not call me. After trying to get in touch with her she called me back the day my horse was supposed to be picked up to tell me her truck broke down.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After trying to get in touch with the shipper via email and numerous phone calls the day of the pickup, we received a phone call at 7 am the following morning. She had "claimed" that she had left a message to cancel, no message was ever received. She said the horses she was picking up were not ready and she was not going to be able to accomodate the shipment. We are very dissappointed and would have made other arrangements had she communicated this problem earlier and it leaves us with a fina

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider did not show up at the agreed date and time and did not contact shipping nor receiving end in a timely fashion. In addition, the service provider was augumentative and difficult to deal with.
Response from szynay: This coustomer gave me the wrong phone# and I could not reach the pick up point after many attempts.I could not reach her as her phone was not accepting calls. I sent this coustomer an e-mail the night before I was to pick up to let her know. She did not contact me back till I was 4 hrs. past the pick up point, and I would not go back as I had other coustomers waiting. After she called about 6 different times yelling and hanging up the phone, I did call and tell her to find someone else.
