The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The truck of the shipper broke down and she did not call me. After trying to get in touch with her she called me back the day my horse was supposed to be picked up to tell me her truck broke down.

Suzanne made every effort to accommodate our needs and wants. She delivered our horse in great condition, kept in touch along the way, made it a worry-free delivery. I would highly recommend her.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
The service provider has followed through with her end of the deal, however I wasn't aware of how the book it now works. I had an offer pending to be able to ship the horse at an earlier date and would prefer to go with that shipper, as they also could guarantee to deliver during business hours. My apologies for any inconvenence to the provider.

Suzanne was very good about working with us regarding scheduling. She was very good about keeping us informed about her arrival times. It was nice to know when she was arriving and be given a time within an hour rather than having to wait around all day. My 28 yo horse arrived in great condition.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
After trying to get in touch with the shipper via email and numerous phone calls the day of the pickup, we received a phone call at 7 am the following morning. She had "claimed" that she had left a message to cancel, no message was ever received. She said the horses she was picking up were not ready and she was not going to be able to accomodate the shipment. We are very dissappointed and would have made other arrangements had she communicated this problem earlier and it leaves us with a fina
