5/16/2008	Shipper	Negative	jdempere (64 )	Shipper was to handle customs per bid. He did not provide form 7523 as my broker advised. US customs began enforcing their rules in January 08. His piece was denied entry. I spent many hours at the border dealing with it. Then, he sent form 7523 blank! My broker did it but billed me $150. Shipper ignored my requests for reimbursement as I drove towards CA. I emailed buyers with CC to him that I would not deliver without it. Buyers were great. Later shipper tried to get this $ back from PayPal. View Listing
