The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it
The "John Deere that weighs @8,000lbs", is a 610 John Deere backhoe that weighs well over 15,000lbs according to the previous owner. I informed the customer that my legal limit to haul is 13,500lbs. I made the trip to load and the previous owner told me the actual weight. I still tried to load but the weight was grossly too much for my equipment.

Customer accepted our bid but in the process hired another transporter to take the shipment. No item to pickup so we had no choice but to cancel with the customer.
