About Me*

I am wanting to ship my mini horses to an address in Idaho where they will stay. I love them as pets and want them cared for tenderly on there trip. I want a covered trailer and hope that good care will be taken that they will be watered and fed properly as needed.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Extremely demanding customer, after letting her know we were running behind due to transmission issues and other road issues she start with verbal attacks to drivers and dispatch.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Provider was very deceptive as to ETA, was uncommunicative. Refused to communicate ETA when asked directly about ETA. Not professional. I waited patiently additional day when told of difficulties. The worst part is a lack of professional communication skills. I had to drive three hours and they kept delaying and never showed up. I waited 4 1/2 hours. They wouldn't call. I had to call. VEry rude and unprofessional. very bad experience. would not recommend them to anyone.
Response from Riovista:
We contacted you on Friday evening with a projected ETA, with an agreed upon email to be sent on Saturday morning, which was sent at 7:00 AM. You failed to check your emails so you were not aware of the communication. You stated several times that you had no cell phone reception making communication extremely difficult. During the last telephone conversation when you started yelling we felt it best to cancel the bid and allow you to contract with someone else who could abid by your rules.
