The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Initial contact was made with the service provider. Contact information for me and the shipping location was confirmed. Service provider agreed to call the shipping location the next day. Service provider has never contacted the shipping location and multiple contact attempts via phone and email over several weeks have not resulted in a single returned call or email. I have no idea if the service provider ever intended to complete this shipment. I want a refund and this provider should be r
