The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider couldn't or hasn't been able yo get the bike picked up. He has said he would like to reschedule. That was 10 days ago and i can't get him on the phone or get him to answer emails

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Said it might need a few repairs, talked with several transporters who said they could handle it, including these guys.. Outside damage is just in the tin, Now I will have over 120 in storage fees and have to make the trip myself next week instead of already going to get it last week but waited on them, refund the deposit ASAP

We did show up and the trailer was not road worthy as promissed. no plug on lights, we put one on, lights still would not work. Coupling on gooseneck would not lock. Hole in the floor the size of a tire, flooring loose inside. Extreme damage to the outside. D.O.T. would have a field day with fines on this one. Barn doors on the back, would not close properly. TRAILER IS NOT ROAD WORTHY OR SAFE - MUST BE HAULED ON A FLAT-BED. roger

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have called this service provider a dozen time with no return call. I have email several time with limited responce. I need my bike here now.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipment was delayed due to the storage facility where the trailer is being stored. Roger Swift Transport arrived ahead of schedule and they were very professional in their attempt to complete the scheduled transport. Due to an issue outside of either of our controls the trailer was not released. I would use Roger Swifts services in the future for the eventual relocation of my trailer. Relocation temporarily suspended.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Swift Transport was to pick-up my Dodge 1500 RAM truck for transport from Portland, OR to Rockwood TN on May 25, 2011. On May 19th we exchanged both a telephone conversation and an email on specifics regarding the pick-up contact person, place and directions to the pick-up location. Roger Swift confirmed receipt of the instructions and assured compliance on or before May 25th. May 25th came and went and absolutely no contact. I have sent four separate emails and left as many voicemails witho

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I thought the bid for $680 was for Tioga, ND to Yulee, FL which is the shipping starting point I need. I did not realize until after I submitted the bid that it was actually from Minot,ND to Yulee,FL which is where the ATV actually is. I apologize for the inconvience.
IF it is possible to get the ATV moved from Tioga, ND to Yulee, FL for the price of $680.00, I am willing to pay that to the shipper.
