The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time 24 hours (and many phone calls and emails) after our agreed upon pick up time, Liz finally sent an email saying I should get another hauler as her guy couldn't make it. I had staff wait all day on their DAY OFF and no call, no communication at all.
