This customer is unappreciative of the hard work companies provide and then makes threats towards them. He has lied on several occasions and still continues to do so even after his shipment was completed and he was given a discount for the shipment being delayed only 1 week.
Response from supersam:
The boat was to be delivered July 15. They promised repeatedly that it would be no problem. July 15 came and went and then there were repeated promises as to arrival date. Boat showed up on Aug 2. There was no discount given and now they call and give threats over the phone when negative feedback is given. Authorities and uShip have been notified.

These folks over promise and under deliver. Missed the ship date by over 30 days. What they say and what they do are two different things. They have lots of excuses.

This shipment was only delayed 1 week due to the truck breaking down and going into the shop. Upon delivery he checked over the boat and then 3 hours later he called our company and became upset because he expected us to pay for a seat cushion that was supposedly lost, even though we state in our contract for everything to be secured before shipment as we cannot be responsible for things such as this. He then tried to bribe us into paying for the cushion to get a positive feedback.
