The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I gave the shipper the incorrect width of my tractor and he did not have the required permits to haul that load width. Not the shippers fault...my error.

I asked Allen about the exact width of the rear axel on his tractor, he said that it was 96" wide, however when I arrived to pick up the actual width was 110". My trailer is 102", 8.5' which is the legal width without permits, had I known the actual width I could have secured the permits and not had any problem, however that was not the case and I had other obligations to take care of and could not delay 1 or 2 days while I secured the permits. I don't think I should have this cancelation
