After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
A scheduling conflict did arise, which could not be resolved. Despite the shippers claims, Movers Unlimited was NOT misleading with the time-line, NEVER changed the stated pick-up date(s), and made every reasonable effort to accommodate him, as we take ALL commitments seriously. Unlike the shipper, we have documented proof of our claims, and are willing to share that proof with any prospective customer.
