The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment This shipper scheduled pick up of my crate on 3 separate occasions and cancelled each time. He says he will not be able to do it after all. I pre-paid him in full and expext his part of my refund and the USHIP portion

On our $$8,000 Hot Loads shipper expected drivers to stand by & wait for a single 4x4 pallet to be hand loaded on a 40' Trailer. Refused to pay for Standing Time the third time we made an attempt to fulfill our commitment. Breach of agreement MONEY was refunded in FULL.
