A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We received a call from Phillip in regards to his booking confirmation. We had already come through the area where his bike was to be picked up and were unable to accommodate his shipment at this point. Phillip has been very patient and understanding and I regret we cannot ship his bike in the appropriate amount of time.

something very strange is going on here. We have had 70+ shipments, all with good customer satisfaction. When we would book a shipment using Book it Now we accept the Book it Now , the booking confirmation is sent to the customer, the customer then either calls us or emails us. This customer refused to call or email. Then after our booking confirmation was sent he decides he wants to cancel. We feel he dealt with someone off-site for a cheaper rate. We do wish he would be honest with feedback.
