On: 12/21/2009 For: Old Rocking Chair	I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I regret to inform uship and shipper that i must cancel due to a breakdown that has rendered my non-mobile. i small problem has turned into i very large one. It is now 12:47 am and it to late to contact this shipper to inform of this final attemt to pick-up. i have not spoken to shipper but only once. i am sorry for this cancellation and is my last resort. thank you, todd (stewart transport) Response from Johnny W.: I was left in the dark with "NO" commutation from the provider at all. It takes just a few moments to pick up the phone and call or send an e-mail as to what is going on. I regret having to leave a negative feedback!

After contacting shipper to inform of this problem the shipper has agreed to allow extra time for me to pick-up the said items. After more work has be completed on truck the problem has expanded from transmission to internal engine problems. I am forced to cancel this shipment.
