The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I contacted the shipper as soon as I booked the shipment. He told me he had others who booked it now that were calling him while I was talking to him and he was going to decide which one to use. He wanted me to do it cheaper since the others were offering to do it cheaper. He asked that I fax my insurance and MC paperwork to him which I did. He then told me to call him after he decided which company he wanted to use since he said he had 3 other companies book it now. I contacted him the next day
