Our goal is to build and maintain a long term personal relationship that our customers can depend on daily. Our open door policy we feel helps to provide better communications with shippers. The safety and security of vehicle transportation is our top priority. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions just let us know. We try to maintain an excellence standing with all our customers and TSP. We always try to make sure goes as planed. All we ask from our customers and TSP is tell us what is really going on so that everyone is on the same page. If there is a problem let us know when it happens and we will see what can be done to fix it. When cars are listed we dont always know everything about them. The problem that arose was the vehicle we needed transported was not accurately described to us. Unfortunately we thought it could be winched on but the seller couldn't locate keys to put vehicle in neutral. And also the front tires were not straight. Steve was great with communication and understanding about the problem. He was honest that it would be too difficult for him to haul. And we mutually decided other arrangments should be made
