I was enroute to pick-up, and had truck mechanical problems, calls to customer went unanswered..

With almost half of the feedback on this provider's contracts being comments on no communication, I hope anyone trying to use them will really consider this. We signed well in advance of the date for them to show and could have made arrangements for a different date of pick up, but we never got return calls and our cell phones and internet show no contact from the provider during this period. All I can say is a man is only as good as his word. The word from this provider is no communication.
