The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Hello! I have tried both his numbers several times day and night. He has not returned any calls. I have emailed Mr. Lambert several times and no return emails. I have been very professional in my actions. I was afraid he might have had an accident, illness, etc.
I explained to him over the phone message machine for a professional curtsey call to let me know he could not fulfill this shipment!
I have no other way to contact him besides email and his phone numbers. I have left message

I have contacted the service provider and informed him of my need to cancel. He said that was fine, but that I needed to do the cancellation through u Ship. He was very professional and kind and I am canceling simply because I need less items and I will not be being paid until late September and no longer need my items shipped.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Steven Lambert was one of the first shippers to bid on moving my merchandise. He had a reasonable price and pretty good feedback which was information that led me towards accepting his bid. The only thing I was leery about was that his delivery date was about a month away from the initial booking. I'm a trusting person and I wasn't in a rush to have the merchandise, so I didn't see those issues as detriments.
I should have been more cautious.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The mover did not show up. I texted and called and left voice mail, but he never answered. I watched on the tracker all day as he passed within 20 miles of the pickup twice, thinking maybe he would still come but he never did.
