Very understanding and willing to do what ever needs to be done to help get load delivired safely.They even were willing to give an advance if needed. Rating: Positive Left by: rjaman (7) On: 5/18/2009 For: Pilot Trailer Read Story	No Detailed Feedback Available	Customer paid on time, load had 2 flats due to way tanks where bulted to trailer ( all weight on rear axle ), Still waiting for payment on 2 tires, 1 wheel, and 3 road service calls. will be happy to haul for them again. Please note, this is not a easy load, it is high, and it is heavy and the way the trailer is loaded, it is a slow 55mph load.

Excellent communication from start to finish. There were some equipment issues with our trailer at the start of the trip and they did what it took to stay on schedule and keep rolling to destination.
