Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward..
please see the email I sent in response. It appears I am caught in a squabble over heir property. First pick up attempt failed b/c of bad info from shipper on china cabinet. Did not charge them for 2nd attempt. Contacted person as instructed (have email from shipper on that) then shipper says I contacted wrong person. She was angry from the start of the call. Left a voicemail for her. SHe did not check for it and says it was my fault that she did not get/check her mail. Please see email I sent.

Response from stef419: Huge liar which is why uship awarded me the cancellation & didn't side with the provider who still has our $ and won't return emails. Truth is that he SAID he left a message & in his next lie stated, I don't need to call u, only ur "agents"? LIE about this so-called email & never contacted me or answered my emails. NO family squabbles, only w/ Fman. Didn't make the first pickup b/c his other delivery got canceled, don't wonder why, & left trailer home which would have fit our cabinet. BEWARE!!
