A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My customer expressed concern about the seller and she was correct. I could not collect on Monday as asked, to which he said the goods were paid for and he did'nt care. Arranged Tuesday "late evening", he eventually agreed. Being wary, I said that I could not be specific, it could be "very late evening", and I had him in for between 8:30pm and 9:30pm all going normal, but would call during the day to give better times. When I called to move to 10pm he hit the roof and said forget it.

good service kept informed of progress from start to finish delivered on estimated time, we had to rearrange the day of delivery due van serice but delivered on the next day very promtly, I would recommend, very friednly.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The first problem appeared when the goods were not picked the day which was agreed with me and the pick up place, so we all human and we arrange next day pick up, but the time of the pick up was delayed again till quite late night and as I understood the courier and the man who is this goods from exchanged their opinions on the phone and none of them wanted to finish the job with eachother, which is not perfect for me, because I am the one who looses most?!

Stanise, after accepting, voiced an opinion that the seller was difficult. He would only accept collection that Sunday/Monday. I tried, but could not. He said he did not care if were ever collected as was paid for. I said could collect Tuesday "late evening", was in for 8:30-9:30, but could change and would call on day to give more specific timescales. Another customer made me wait over 2hrs, so I called to say I could not pick up till 10pm, seller hit the roof and said it was not happenning.
