After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Delivery dispatcer repeatedly lied about pick up, item was never picked up. Promised by a certain date, failed to deliver, never bothered to call and explain.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The items would have needed to be unpacked an repacked in order to be shipped through greyhound service. I had no one in Phoenix that I could trust to account for and repack my valuables. Advised shipper that I was told that a moving truck or van would take my itmes (with personal service)and that I was not comfortable with greyhound shipping my breakables. He offered a refund. Good communitcation. Please cancel and refund.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I had an item shipped a month ago. i followed up on and he said he talked to the pick up place and everything was good for pick on monday march 12. i left town and got back last week and contact the shipper. he said he got backed up and this was his last shipment he needed to reschedule. i called him monday april 2. he did not answer. i left a message. no return. i called multiply times to multiple contact numbers on tuesday april 3 and left and email. still nothing. I needed this a week ago.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time I was originally told the driver would be here either Wednesday night or Thursday morning for pickup, then I was told Friday, then Saturday. Now it's Sunday afternoon and the shipment has not been picked up yet. Enough is enough, Eric cannot stick to his word and has no idea what's going on with the drivers.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time Eric Jackson quickly booked my load and respresented that he would pick it up in 4 to 5 days. That time past and he did not contact me to explain a delay. I contacted him and he represented he would pick it up Sunday or Monday this week. That did not happen and he again did not contact me with an explanation. I was unable to reach him by phone yesterday and alerted UShip as to my problem.
I did receive a response from Customer Service as to how to cancel and rebook the listing. What is inter

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Tried to get confirmation last night when it was needed to schedule for this morning but "stakhous5002" was unavailable by both email and phone form about 7PM until 7AM the next morning. Both pickup addresses needed confirmation last night.
Shipper was very courteous and nice and I will leave positive feedback.
