The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Provider stated they would pickup item within 1 business day. 3 FULL days after accepting bid and my repeated attempts to contact the shipper, I spoke with someone who wanted me to follow guidelines different than what was stated in bid details. This shipper is a joke.

This Customer s/w customer care manager on Sunday, so nasty and rude,Do he think we would shipped his merchandise for free,across country and the balance is still owed.Customer Care Manager cancelled,Because he had such a nasty mouth,I wonder do he speak to his kids that way, We refused him, that's why he is upset. The item I was shipping was very delicate and expensive. In the past shipping these items almost always resulted in breakage. I decided to use Uship to try and find someone who would take special care of this item. Wendell and his team did just that. It arrived in perfect condition. To top it off, they delivered it a day early. You can't get any better than this!! Thank you all!!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I arranged a pick up and they did not attend the day they were scheduled to go. To make it worst they never replied back to any of my messages they said they went but it was impossible because someone was waiting for them to release the item.

This Company,will not allow any u-ship customers to degrade or disrespect their employees.This Shipper was getting a great deal for professional service,It was his error that he did not get the release form from the auction that this Company deals with all the time. Our Company lose money on a wild goose chase by sending out a driver to that location in Md. He was a joke!!! We refused to service him again, Our customer care called him and he never responded,He only responded to cursed @ the team

The seller left the package outside for pickup and I was not home when it was delivered. So neither of us knew you had used FedEx. I left positive feedback based on physical inspection only. The item was damaged internally and did not work properly. I had to drive it 1,000 miles back to Colorado for repair. You charged me $85 only to pick up the phone and call FedEx. FedEx quoted me $18 to ship this!! You pocketed the rest. I have proof from FedEx.

Shipper was very arrogant and just wanted my Company to lose money stated his 6 year old niece can go on u-ship and do the same thing. He did not need service,he just wanted to play games.(This will go to legal)
