The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Shippers bid stated they'd pick up within one day of booking. That didn't happen. After booking and deposit were paid, they asked me to pay the rest in full via paypal even though the item hadn't been picked up yet and the bid said payment at delivery was okay. I told them I would only pay the balance via cash at delivery and then never heard back from them.

I thougth that the transportation company was the typical one with trucks,drivers,etc.At the end , I found that it was just an intermediary between UPS and myself.Nevertheless ,it helped me with advice on packing.Next time ,I will request a direct quote from UPS before engaging UShip.

When I WAS able to get in touch with the company they were always very pleasant and apologetic. I just wish I could have had more info about what had been going on because the pick up dates had been changed so many times. Things were a bit confusing at times, but in the end they had Fed Ex come and deliver my things instead... I just wanted my things, and today I got them so I really can't complain. Other than that, I liked their dispatch guy "John", really nice fellow. Things happen.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Shipping provider misread the state of p/u location (p/u in NY, they read it as NJ). After admitting their mistake, still tried to accommodate the shipment. Now they can't accommodate THEIR mistake and blaming it on ME for "misrepresentation." Not my fault they mixed up locations. Listing had ALL required information and was very clear.

Sorry Shipper**NOT A MILLION DOLLAR ACCT.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment After many attempts to get the service provider to ship the item it seems he is unable to provide the service. He has unfortunately been paid in full.

This shipper stated he owned a Trucking Company, Why Bother This Company, Company cancelled shipper,because he did not want to packed his item,Then come back on the Company to state the item was damaged,His funds of $69.72 was returned,Again it's not about the pennies,Shippers must understand to follow simple directions,Stop telling other Companies how to run their Business,Understand U-Ship Shippers,Cannot Pay My Staff enough money.Stop wasting my staff time and complaining about nothing.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time As you can see by feedback comments of others, this Service Provider (SP) makes many promises but just can’t deliver. I waited several weeks for the item to be picked up by the SP but it never was. They gave me numerous thin excuses as to why it was not. They said they encountered problems during the pick up attempts (claimed security guard turned them away, driver got lost, etc.) but yet no one called me so I could help resolve the issues and there was no record that they showed up.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period couldn't reach after 5 straight days, the phone is dead, such companies shoud be banned from uship, i lost time, my customer trust and business, only negative experience

Customer Care did all they could do to schedule the pick-up refused to worked with scheduling and wanted to do things their way, refused to listen and did not want to worked with dispatch, Customer was just so arrogant,loud and cusrsing all the way to the end. His call was terminated.

Response from valstar: Learn how to read! I DID NOT edit my p/u location... it was upstate NY from the very beginning. Very poor communication.
