The winch was removed by the shipper from the trailer at pick-up and delivered un-assembled. In addition the boat trailer was loaded so the tongue was positioned under another vehicle and the two vehicles rubbed against each other causing large gauges in the metal trailer. The shipper then covered the gouges in Ducted Tape and did not disclose the damage during delivery. The communications received during the trip was good. But damage and non disclosure makes it a negative experience.

I loaded the boat trailer on our trailer and strapped it down YES it was loaded under the rear of a HUMMER I guess that the H2 bounced going the 3300 miles and scratched or gouged the trailer I taped the Ubolts to the trailer so they would not get lost during the trip I thought it was secure and safe but the weight of the H2 must have scraped the trailer SORRY about the damage THANKS ssmith9736

Scott did an excellent job at getting our boat to NC. He maintained contact during the entire trip and our boat arrived in perfect condition. He was very professional and able to answer all of our questions. He is great at what he does, we could not have ask for more. If we ever need anything shipped again he would be our first choice.

Scott did a great job in drivng up my boat. He was in contact throughout the tansport and took care of a mechanical problem with the trailer for me. I would definitely reccomend him, and if the need arises use his services again.

The shipment could not have gone smoother. They were ready and waiting at the pickup and, despite driving through a severe storm, delivered in Florida exactly on the scheduled time. Great communication too -- very pleasant to work with. These guys are pros! Great experience!

Scott was A+++++. I could not recomend him more highly. He was the most competitive bidder, communicated extremely well and often delivered my boat on time and in pristine condition and went the extra mile helping me out at both pickup and dropoff locations.
