WE ARE GLAD THAT YOU WERE SATISFIED WITH THE MOVE. I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT YOU FELT TO COMMENT ON A SITUATION THAT DID NOT INVOLVE YOU. AS FAR AS WE KNOW WE HAVE SIGNED PAPERWORK FOR BOTH SHIPMENTS STATING ALL ITEMS WERE RECEIVED. ONLY AFTER THE FACT WAS THIS ITEM REPORTED AS MISSING AND WE ENCOURAGED THE SHIPPER TO FILE A CLAIM. WE THINK IT IS UNETHICAL THAT YOU WOULD USE THIS FORUM TO POST SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT INVOLVE YOU.

I liked the service but also lost something, but not very expensive. It DOES involve me bc she's my roommate and I saw the item in the apt before moving and was there just after she left and it was gone (thus, lost in transit). I also found your movers on UShip and recommended you to her, so I feel bad that she lost her item. She was NOT encouraged to file a claim--she was told she definitely wouldn't get reimbursed bc then you would make no profit. You have been helpful after I reviewed; thanks
