We have been in the marine transport business for over 10 years. We use brand new ford f-350 duallys and MYCO aluminum triple axle trailers rated for up to 18,000 pounds. We specialize in sport cruisers up to 37' and 12' wide as well as performance boats up to 50' long. We carry $250,000 of cargo insurance and $1,000,000 of liability. took one month to get boat, many excuses boat ended up with another transporter, finally received the boat in good condition

I feel absolutely horrible James did nothing but patiently wait for his boat. We were extremely overbooked and on of my key drivers became ill. I decided to sublet the job which was a huge mistake. The transporter picked the boat up on time and did deliver 1 month late. I'm sorry Jim. This will never happen again we will never loose control of on of our shipments again. ALL TRANSPORTS WILL BE DONE BY MYSELF OR MY FATHER FROM FLT. Again sorry Jim . Please look at our previous feedbacks.

Boat arrived safe without any damage. Had some minor scheduling issues as expected to work around the holiday, but entire transaction was completed successfully. Reed was also very accomodating to move pickup and delivery dates as needed after the auction, and assisted me to test drive boat and change registration numbers, worth tipping for job well done. Was also very polite and pleasant to work with.

Unfortunately this move was completely unaccpetable from a customer service and delivery standpoint. After chosing Mike because he promised a delivery date within 7 days of the booking, he had another company deliver my boat 5 days late. Mike supposedly brokedown along the way and hired All American Trailer to transport my boat after he missed the pick up date repeatedly. [phone number removed]

Josh l did hire all american trailers at which point l lost all control. I apologize for the delay however I'm glad your boat arrived safely . Finger lakes marine transport has learned from this mistake and will NEVER sublet a load again. My truck did break down at which point I should have requested a cancellation instead of depending on another company. Again Josh please accept mymy

This guy pressured me to sign up right away so that I could get the boat delivered by Memorial Day weekend. He then trotted out a long list of excuses why he was running late, including a hospital stay and two flat tires. Two weeks later, he picked the boat up on a Thursday and told me it would be delivered Friday. It showed up on Sunday. A 4500 lb boat on a single axle trailer!! Don't use him...there are plenty of other good carriers out there.

Mike did a great job getting my boat down to Florida for me. This was my first time using uship and I had some concerns with using him due to a number of cancellations that had been posted. Mike provided an reasonable explanation for them. He picked up my boat on time and even delivered it ahead of schedule. Mike and his team were a pleasure to deal with and they kept me informed throughout the transport. I would recommend Mike and use him in the future.

Mike and his team were AWESOME! His price was fair and we discussed what my expectations were and he agreed to them. The contract was clear. The truck and trailer arrived right on time in Trenton NJ. Chris - the driver was EXCELLENT and a real PRO! My boat was handled with care during loading and unloading and was delivered on-time. The charges by Mike were fair and all aspects of this deal were GREAT! I would highly recommend this shipper.

Did you ever notice guys with the teeniest boats and the teeniest wallets have the biggest complaints. Hospital stay was real flat tires were real. First day at hospital I recommended a cancelation customer insisted he was in no hurry. This guy lied about the weight of his boat listing stated 4000 pounds. we did show up with a single axle trailer rated at 5500 pounds luckaly. The customer expressed great interest in purchasing my trailer. Now he complains? payment wasl a nightmare. stay away!

Look at my othet feedbakks This feedback is obsurd at best. I DID NOT DO THIS JOB HE HIRED ANOTHER TRANSPORTER OF HIS CHOICE WHEN MY TRUCK BROKE DOWN! When his transport was delayed longer than expected he reached out to me and asked for my assistance. While talking to him on the phone numerous times about his failing translator he seemed more than grateful. Now this is the thanks I get a negative feedback for a job I didn't even do? Thanks Josh.

Just a clarification. I DID NOT hire another transporter. Mike setup the pickup & deilvery with All American Boat Trailers in Florida, I did not know them. When asked if they worked for Mike, he said they do work for him. It was not until a few days later that I found out it was another company altogether. Partial payment was made to Mike & partial payment was made to All American meaning they do work together. All problems would have been resolved with proactive communication from Mike.

Sorry you were disappointed. The hospital stay was true as well as the flat tires. You lied about the weight of your boat the listing said 4000 pounds. We did arrive with a single axle trailer rated at 5500 pounds luckily. You complain about the trailer now yet you expressed great interest in purchasing it from me. The minute the hospital stay occurred I gave you the option of cancelling and rescheduling with another transporter. You declined claiming you were in no hurry. Payment was a nightmar

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Unbelievable experience with this guy. After fouling up the initial pick-up in Tampa, he described some unfortunate story about wrong address and a promise he made to some other client to deliver a jetski in time for a family reunion, etc. which I accepted. When he failed to perform after 2 weeks, all the while not answering phone calls from me, I texted him that I was canceling at which point he called immediately assuring me that his guy 'Tommy' would have it delivered within 24 hrs.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I gave Mike all the chances I could to perform twice. We are over a week late now with numerous excuses given. Now a no show on the agreed day and time with no calls back or replies to numerous emails over the past few days. Time to move on. No confidence.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved This is my first time on uShip. After accepting the shipper's bid, I failed to notice that the shipper was going to drive my vehicle and not haul it on a trailer. The problem; I just bought the truck and have no idea if it will make the 19/hr journey. When I purchased the truck, (My Dad found it in Florida) he made several engine fixes and didn't think it was a good idea for me to fly down and drive it back to NY without really knowing the History of the truck. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Mike Reed did not pick up the boat on the agreed date and time. Has also scheduled another individual to pick up the boat. I was under the impression that he was picking the boat up himself. Also, the seller did not feel comfortable releasing the boat after conversations with Mike.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried repeatedly over several days to reach this shipper, using both telephone numbers he provided to UShip and the email address he provided. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Arrangements with Mike for pick up were made 6 weeks prior to shipping date. 50% $1000 deposit sent 10 days prior to pickup. After a no call, no show to the Marina I get a hold Mike who stated truck was in shop and be done in 2 days. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider sreed009 appears to be some type of a fraud deal. After i booked on Uship i called and emailed the provider and never got a response. Uship then gave me a call and said they weree suspending the service provider. Thank you Uship for looking out!
