A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipment was listed as business to business with dock or forklift, but is actually residence to residence with lift-gate required on both ends. Shipper did not have budget to pay for difference in rate.

They kept me informed with the whole process, from the time they picked up to dropping off. Delivery were made in a timely matter. I would use Kingwest again for future moving needs and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for movers.
