Dion is a trustworthly person. He encountered many unforeseen snags in delivering this item, none that I feel were his fault. Although it was delayed, I truly believe that Dion did his best. although there were some unforeseen circumstances and the piano move was a challenge, Provider stuck with it and completed the job. Provider did everything in his means to accomplish the task and was very sincere in accomodating the unforeseen circumstances that arose. Would recommend due to adaptability and sincerity!
