Response from spellsinger: Just make wrong justifiers. Shipper placed a bid on a shipment AFTER earlier cancellations. Then when I accepted thier bid, he then cancels it with the lame excuse above, causing me to have to try to recontact other bidders on the shipment, which understandably they would be reluctant to take after a cancellation. Terrible customer relations from this company, they should wise up, and put this guy on the phone out to pasture.

Response from spellsinger: I cancelled bid because shipper would not communicate on a critical shipment. This cancellation is just make wrong of me, an attempt to make self right. No reason for cancellation, except broker has personality conflict problems. No way to make money with that attitude, Company should hire another person to deal with customers.

I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
We have emailed this customer several times, and it appears he is not receiving our email. No phone number for him on the uship site. Finally yesterday the shipper emailed us with a phone number and info, yet has not returned our calls or email messages.

Response from spellsinger: Just justifiers. I work with email all the time, I got no calls, messages, or anything else. Shipper blamed the uship system for not sending details. Drug his feet on a critical shipment, and was low toned and unfriendly when talking to him on phone. Because this is a broker, he tries to make me wrong by cancelling other bids on different shipments, AFTER he had bid on them.
