I no longer need my item(s) shipped I had been working with motorcyclemovers in order to send a puppy to her new owners for several days. John was more than helpful and accomadating in all aspects of this transaction. However, the day he was to pick my puppy up for delivery, the buyer backed out on me. John was very understanding and once again helpful. I felt terrible for getting this far into the transaction and then to cancel. Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time I have sent two emails, one right after completing the booking on 12/31 and another on 1/13. I have had no response. Response from specialistmovers: Emails went into our SPAM folder so we didn't see them. We tried to contact via phone to no avail. unfortunately technology let us both down this time. please accept our abject apology, this is not what we are about as can be seen from our past performances,

I stated to you in my email with the contact details of the seller to contact him after the 17th. I do not know what you organised with the seller but this is what I advised you as I was advised by the seller that he would be away till after the 17th?
Now could you kindly tell me what happens to my cargo and my deposit as this is not my fault!

thx Response from specialistmovers: Contact was made with your seller and arrangement's were made for collection, but your seller was not available via phone as he "had informed you" he said you were a pain and I now see why, this is America not Australia and things work differently here. Your cargo is still there and your deposit is with Uship not me, I am the one out money here, you should posst a phone number or answer Emails, its called communication !!! something your seller advised is sadly lacking on your part.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Provider called over 2 months ago to report a delay in his shipping schedule and haven't heard from him since and can't find his phone number to ask him what's going on and he hasn't contacted me so I need to bail unless you can contact him and have him give me an idea when he can pick up my bike. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I contracted english shippers to ship a motorcycle to Arizona and come to find out thier driver was in a accident. It's been 2 weeks and no word of status and I have paid for this shipment. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time He was supposed to pick this up on Sunday, he said Monday/Tues. at the latest. I have been calling and calling but cannot reach him. He doesn't answer and his voice mail is full. It is now Wed. night. He has not called me. I need to have this picked up. I have to find someone else. In all fairness he's had great feedback up to now which is why I accepted him. I tried to be patient. I only hope he isn’t hurt or something.
