Wheels of Fortune was okay, not good at giving an estimated time of pick-up - I had 8 hours between being notified and pick up. Nick, the transporter was VERY rude, would not listen to pick-up suggestions and complained at the location he chose. The driver did not call when he was unable to make the pick-up time. Upon delivery, he unloaded the car in a turn lane at night on a busy 8 lane hwy, not even pulling into the adjacent Walmart parking lot and the car arrived covered in oil.
