Rating: Negative Left for: seandankers (32 ) On: 11/4/2009 For: 2009 Buell 1125R	It has been almost a month(Oct) since i asked Sean for shipping of my brand new bike from florida to maryland. He brought bike to Maryland and it was broken, he said he would take it to his insurance company to have it get it fixed and that it would only take 2 -3 days then that became 5 days and it has been a month later. I have neither recieved a call back or recieved my Bike and it is a month later. At this point i will have to involve law enforcement and report my Bike as stolen. Response from seandankers: We are sorry for the incident that took place. The bike was secured with a faulty strap which caused the bike to fall on its side during trabsport. We have repaired the bike to original condition and have dedlivered the bike to the client. Transaction completed.
