I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have tried now for over a week to contact the service provider. I have left numerous messages on both numbers provided in the match as well as left emails and have reported it to you for assistance, which I have not gotten any response.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
We tried numerous times to contact these people. When they did answer, once, they said they were getting a new trailer blah blah blah. They told us two different times when the shipment would be here. They called us once to tell us it would be picked up on the 17 or Dec and be here on the 18. Needless to say it did not show up nor did they call us to let us know what was going on. We called and called and left messages and tried paging them but no reply. We are very unhappy with this shipp
