A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The customer was in a rush before the holiday, I have tried to get a truck out to him, the truck that was suppose to pick up his car broke down. Things like that happen. This is the transport business and the customer's exaggeration of holding for over an 1 hour is simply false.
