The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This shipment was not preformed cost extra for more storage and was very hard to get a hold of called told me order he could not complete and had another shippers call way higher then excepted bid and all sorts of problems. Thought I cancel this once must have done something wrong. NOT happy with this shipper at all.
Marisa Soliz as told me I mwst recancel to get my refund.

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time I booked this pick up sometime in early May. It is now June 22nd and my shipment still has not been picked up. I have tried feverishly to contact Sonny but to no avail. He NEVERRRRRR answers the phone and when I leave messages he neverrr returns my messages. I am fet up now and this is not the level of professionalism that I expected from this service provider. I did give him the benefit of the doubt when he claimed on May 19th that his truck had broken down. But since then I have not heard anyt

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period service provider would not answer his phone and would not return my calls....the bid i accepted said he would pickup and deliver last weekend but i never heard from him
additionally, i have sent several emails that have also gone unanswered Response from sonnytiki: There was a Time frame problem that could not be Resolved.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Waited 24 hours after provider was supposed to show up and was still unable to contact provider. Response from sonnytiki: I came to customer resident at scheduled time but customer was not ready(A week prior as agreed on)

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period uship notified me that he was no longer a shipper due to multiple complaints. I no longer need my item(s) shipped I was planning on moving and had everything set up and ready to do. However, the job I had lined up fell through and I can no longer move, therefore I do not need the shipment of my furniture, etc. I have spoken with the service provider and he understands my situation and has no problem with cancelling. Response from sonnytiki: I completely understand - Things Happen - Good Luck.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After the pick up was scheduled and agreed upon, I did not ever hear from the service provider again. He did not respond to voicemail or email. He did not show up on the agreed upon date, nor did he ever call to cancel or reschedule. Response from sonnytiki: Buisiness was temperary out of Service-Now Back and Better than Ever.
