WOW I never heard someone so hostile and angry because I arrived too early. Was very un-reasonable even after cutting price in half. Some customers you just cant please.

Please see our feedback. Supplier bid $375, agreed on $340 What does "half" refer to? We were lied to, harrassed and our shipment was ditched . We now can't get this furniture at all. His other shipments this weekend show that on 9/7 he promised to be in VA Sat AM 9/9. So his story that someone cancelled last minute and he had to come early is untrue. Sat AM in VA means he planned on a motel Friday night, which he tried to force us to pay for last minute.

No confirming contact, then arrived a day early, called and demanded immediate pickup. We found someone to get to pickup location within 3 hours of his call, but he refused to pick up, lied about why he was early (1: "I said 7-11PM", 2: "Isn't today the 9th?" 3: "I have been calling all day"), extorted us for $80 more to complete the shipment and then abandoned his commitment. Scary behavior, we called police to protect vacant house (shipping location).

This is a retaliatory feedback!!! Total lies! My bid stated before the 9th, I got there ~5pm of the 8th. Shipper wanted me and my crew to wait 4hrs till 9-10pm to start loading, so said we would only do that if shipper paid for motel room. Pickup contact phone number was to empty house. I drove over 250 extra miles for this shipper to cancel. Try and get FedEx to wait 4 extra hours. Warning these statements are libelous and out right lies.
