shipper had a few delays along the way. Communication could have been better, I always had to call to find out what was going on. However in the end he came through and delivered the truck. I would use this shipper again.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
It has been 2.5 weeks since the shipment was booked, and I now have less than 4 days to have the truck shipped, and I still have yet to receive a single email or reply from this shipper. I am reachable by cell or email 24 hours a day on my blackberry and shipper is non responsive and communication is non existant. Big disappointment, this has left me in a SERIOUS lurch, as I now have -4 days figure out how Im going to get this truck moved 350 miles without missing work.

Response from soaphippo: I was unaware that this one had a time limit, when i did learn I offered storage reimbursment, because we cleared erred, I did not call because our last comm. said i would call when we were ready, I too am always availiable and he never tried to reach me either, so I guess we arent compatible. I wish I could call everyone once a week for news but the amount of correspondance I receive renders this option impossible. i only take time sensitive loads when i know we can do them, so list that way!

The shipment took a little longer than expected due to break downs from mechanical failure wich is to be expected,and minor damage from the shipping tie downs on the merchandice.Due to the amount of stress we are all under due to the state of the economy at this time I think this was handled in a exceptible manner.Nothing ever lives up to an Induviduals expectations,I think for the price the job was fine.
